After all, our delivery drivers represent our company with every drive they make.
INITIAL INTERVIEW
Our team of interviewers assesses each driving candidate with an important question in mind:
“Would I trust this person with my delivery??"
IF NEEDED, We do Background Checks
If needed we conduct the most rigorous background checks in the industry for all driving candidates, including:
Three nationwide database searches County-by-county residential search covering the driver’s entire adult life
Pedophile search
Social security number trace
Driver license check / MVR every 6 months
Any potential driver whose background check reveals the following will not be considered:
Felonies
Sex offenses
DUIs in the past 5 years
2+ moving violations in the past 3 years
Any accidents in the past 3 years
Detailed Driver Requirements
To review each and every drivers’ motor vehicle record as published by the driver’s state of residence at least
once every six months, or in the case of a prospective driver, prior to the driver being allowed to drive on your
behalf; and To not allow any driver to operate an “auto” on your behalf if that driver does not have a valid driver’s license
and an insurance ID card or some other form of acceptable proof of financial responsibility for the operation of
a motor vehicle; and That no driver will be allowed to operate an “auto” on your behalf if that driver has any one or more of the
following citations, violations, accidents or combinations thereof: No more than two moving violations and one at-fault accident in 3 years No major traffic citation or incidents in the past 5 years
Major Citations are as follows:
Driving Under the Influence
Driving While Impaired
Driving in Possession of Alcohol or Drugs
Refusal to Submit a Blood, Urine, or Breath Test
Driving with a Suspended or Revoked License
A Felony in which a Vehicle is used (e.g., Vehicular Manslaughter, Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular
Assault, Hit and Run, Eluding a Peace Officer, etc.)
Reckless Driving
Driving 25 MPH or more ABOVE the posted Speed Limit; Speed Contest; Racing In addition to the above criteria, you agree that no driver will be allowed to drive an “auto” on your behalf if the
driver does not meet the following criteria:
Driver must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years U.S. driving experience and hold
a valid driver’s license for the residing state.
If the driver has a violation for driving without current vehicle registration, a current license, or current
insurance; then that driver must have the insurance checked quarterly for 2 years.
No driver shall under any circumstance carry passengers in/on the vehicle during deliveries – except
for training or assisting with a large delivery on an incidental basis.
Any driver observed driving in an unsafe manner or driving an unsafe vehicle will be terminated or
placed in a non-driving role.
Any driver charged with any MAJOR citation will be suspended from driving duties until all charges
have been dismissed or a judgment is entered in favor of the driver. Until this is resolved, the employee must be placed in a non-driving role.

You stipulate that you do not and will not advertise to the public that a delivery will be guaranteed within a
specified time of receiving an order, and you do not require that drivers make deliveries within a specified
time.
